On June 22nd from 6-9pm, take an evening with us to experience how wine and food should be enjoyed. Tessora's has joined with Windy Oaks Estate Winery, based in the Santa Cruz Mountains for this special event.
For $65.00 per person, Tessora's Chef Jenni has created a four-course meal that will perfectly pair with Windy Oaks outstanding varietals.
Each course is intelligently coupled with a wine to enhance your experience.
Windy Oak's Assistant Winemaker, Spencer, will be with us to share his experience in making these wines. Exclusive Windy Oaks gifts will be available on this evening for a lucky guest to take home. All wines served will be available for purchase at a special price this evening only.

Cheese and Pineapple/Jalapeno Flatbred
Farmhouse style cheese with pineapple jalapeño jelly, sesame flatbread cracker, and a soy-balsamic reduction
2014 Monterey Pinot Gris:
Summer Honeydew Salad
Honeydew melon and cucumber on chopped romaine with a creamy lime and white pepper dressing topped with toasted hazelnuts.
2013 Terra Narro Pinot Noir:
Pulled Pork Tacos
Slow braised pulled pork with juniper BBQ sauce and red cabbage slaw accompanied by a Latin Cassoulet served with a sweet potato rice pilaf.
2014 Santa Lucia Highlands Chardonnay:
Baked pear and Camembert napolean with rosewater cream anglaise with a honey drizzle and topped with toasted pistachios.
